What we can't take
Hazardous waste, chemicals, paint, solvents, propane tanks, fuel and biohazard material. If you're unsure, send a photo and we'll point you to the right disposal option.

The process
How junk removal works

Send photos
The customer sends photos of the items, pile, room, garage, curbside pickup, or bulky item, plus the address and access details.

Receive a confirmed quote
Mattabo reviews the volume, item type, weight, stairs, distance, and disposal requirements, then confirms the price before booking.

Choose a pickup time
The customer picks from the windows we have open. Priority and same-day service may carry an additional charge. We'll confirm it before you book.
- 4
We load and remove everything
On arrival, confirm the items included, protect the property as needed, load the approved items, and remove them from the property.
- 5
We sweep and dispose responsibly
Leave the worked area broom-clean and take items to the appropriate disposal, recycling, donation, or transfer facility when practical.
