What affects your quote

Size and volume
How much material there is, or how much surface or floor area needs to be covered.
Condition
Light tidying versus a neglected space, or a light surface rinse versus heavy staining and organic growth.
Access
Stairs, elevators, laneways, parking, distance to the truck and whether we can reach the work directly.
Materials and disposal
Heavy or restricted material carries different handling and disposal requirements than ordinary household items.
Timing
How tight your deadline is, and whether the work needs to happen outside a normal appointment window.
What should I send?
A few clear photos — the pile, the driveway, the rooms or the unit — plus the Ottawa address, what needs doing and the date or deadline you're working to.
Is the quote binding?
The quote we send is the price we stand behind for the scope described. If the job on arrival is bigger than the photos showed, we stop and confirm a revised price with you before continuing.
