We arrive at the agreed window with our own equipment and work right where your vehicle is parked.

Your other set is put away
The set we take off goes back where you'd like it stored — garage, basement, shed or your trunk.

Eligibility
What we need in place before we arrive.
A quick check now saves a wasted trip for both of us.
- Every tire is already mounted on its own rim — a complete set of four assemblies per vehicle.
- The vehicle is parked on a firm, level surface with room to work around it.
- The seasonal set is on site and accessible when we arrive.
- If your wheels have locking fasteners, the wheel-lock key is available.
- Someone can give us access to the driveway and the tire storage area.
- The address is in Ottawa or one of the surrounding communities we serve.
Mounted on rims only
We swap complete tire-and-wheel assemblies. We do not mount tires onto rims, balance tires or repair them.
We can swap this
A complete assembly: tire already fitted to its own rim, four per vehicle.
We cannot swap this
A loose tire with no rim. Nothing to bolt on, so the swap can't happen.

FAQ
Tire change questions
Do you mount tires onto rims or balance them?
No. This service is only for complete tire and wheel assemblies — every tire must already be mounted on its own rim. We don't mount tires onto rims and we don't balance tires. If your winter tires aren't on rims yet, they'll need to be mounted at a tire shop before we can help.
What if my winter tires are loose, without rims?
We can't service loose tires. You'd need a second set of rims with the tires already mounted on them. Once you have complete assemblies, we're happy to do the seasonal swap in your driveway.
Is submitting the form a confirmed appointment?
No. It's a request. $59 for one vehicle; $99 total for two at the same address and appointment. Prices are in CAD. 13% Ontario HST applies to the service and any travel fee. $5 travel fee applies to any service under $200 in Barrhaven, Stittsville, Orléans, or areas farther away. We confirm the address area, final total, date and time before the appointment is set.

Where do you work on the vehicle?
Right where it's parked, as long as that's a firm, level surface — usually a driveway — with enough room to work safely around the vehicle.
Can you do more than one vehicle at the same address?
Yes. 2 vehicles — $99 total before HST and any applicable travel fee. One complete mounted set swapped on each vehicle. Applies only when both vehicles are serviced at the same address during the same appointment. For three or more, contact us for a group quote. Put the number of vehicles on the form and add the details for each one in the notes.
When does the travel fee apply?
$5 travel fee applies to any service under $200 in Barrhaven, Stittsville, Orléans, or areas farther away. It is one pre-tax fee per appointment, not per vehicle. 13% HST applies to the service plus fee. No travel fee applies when the service subtotal is $200 or more before tax. If the address area is unclear, choose address review; we confirm the fee before you agree to the price.
Can I request an evening tire change?
Yes. Evening requests are 5:00–8:30 PM in America/Toronto. Work must finish by 8:30 PM. Mattabo checks timing and availability before confirming an appointment; submitting a request does not reserve a slot.
Where do my summer tires go afterwards?
Back where you'd like them on your property — garage, basement, shed or your trunk. We don't take tires away or store them for you.
